Question for Pokemon Emerald
How and when can you catch a Feebas? I already know that they are in route 119. I really need one because I have caught every Pokemon for the hoenn pokedex except Feebas and Milotic. And I hear roumers that when you catch every Pokemon from the hoenn league, you can choose a starter Pokemon from the Johto League. Thankyou everyone that answers this question!!! You rule as well if you answer this question!!!

Anywhere on route 119 with any rod, it's just extremely rare.

Go to Dewford and change the saying. Then go to rt. 119 and fish in different areas. It took me about 1/2 an hour to catch one.

You do get to choose either a cyndaquil,tododile,or chicorita after you complete your pokedex as well as the national dex.

I have trouble finding a feebas to but it's true that you can get a hoen starter a cyndaquil,totodile,or a chikorita

Six tiles of water are chosen randomly at rt 119 everytime you change Dewford town's "Trendy Phrase" If you happen to fish in one of those tiles a Feebas might appear.

First go to dewford town and change the saying, then go to route 119 and keep fishing until you find one. Also, no it's not true you need to complete the hoenn pokedex AND the national pokedex.

I don't know abt feebs but you get joto starters when you end the honen dex because I hav cindaqual and you don't go to joto or seven islands in eamrelad but you can go in fire reds when you catch feebs give it blue pokeblocks until itas beut is full an then lv up it will evovle in mlotic plz blevive I am telling you the truth and if you want to know abt anything abt Pokemon just
