You'll have to go to nintendo event to get the tickets or just use a cheat device like ar/gs

You need to use a cheating device like a gameshark or an action replay.

You have to go to a Pokemon Rocks (whatever country your in while in present day) they take your cartridge and put it in this little thing and it puts this guy in the Pokemon center somewhere and he has it you talk to him and he gives it to you or you automatically get it can't remember or just use action replay or game shark
