Question for Pokemon Emerald
I would like to ask 3 questions:
1) can I catch surskit, masquerain, zangoose, lunatone, meditite, medicham in emerald? If I can without using AR, by not trading, by not using hte coloseum, or in short, if I can just by catching it with a pokeball, how??
2) I have read somewhere that you can catch surkit only if you receive the announcement on the television. When will I receive that announcement? I started a new game last April but until now I have not yet receive the report. If you already receive that report, tell me how long did it took you to receive it.
3) Where can I find a blackbelt and silverpowder in emerald?

No you cannot catch these Pokemon in emerald. You have to trade. The announcement is not true. You'll find the silver powder if you battle the bug trainer on the way to Lilycove. As for the blackbelt, who knows?
may I suggest a blaziken?

1.Look them up on your pokedex,if they don't show up,then you can't get them.
2.I never heard anything like that,just look him up on your pokedex.

1) You may catch surskit, but it is very rare. Lunatone is catchable in Meteor Falls I believe. The remaining may only be obtained through trade with Ruby / Sapphire / Collosseum / XD.
2) Surskit will appear very often when you see the announcement- withouyt the anouncement on TV you may still catch it- but it's very rare.
3) blackbelt and silverpowder may be found as a prize in the Battle Frontier I believe.

2)there IS an announcement for surskit but not in emerald it's in ruby and sapphire
3)black belt route 115 and silverpowder route 120

1:. Masqueain, No... Its Surskits evlove stage. The rest, Yes.
2:. You can find Surskit on route 102 or 103... The announcement on the tv increases it's population.
3:. Blackbelt by defeating the family in a house above Maulville.
