Question for Pokemon Emerald
What is the best moveset for a Vaporeon (got rid of swampert for it) with a hasty nature. Please post up where to get the tms you want me to teach it without telling me to use ags or ar.

The best moveset I think would be:
Shadow Ball (Mt. Pyre)
Ice Beam (Mauville City)
Surf
Double Team (Forgot), Protect (Lilycove City), or Toxic (Fire Path(place where Torkoals are))

Surf- at the end of the safari zone
Hydro pump- learn at lv40-50
Ice beam- celedon game corner.
The last move is I don't know. You could replace hydro pump for other good moves.
But don't replace surf and icebeam, all water types should know that move.

A pretty good move set for my vaporeon was handy for me, but I think this move set is better
Toxic (TM06): Fiery Path.
Double Team (TM32): Mauville Game Corner: 1500 coins= $30000.
Attract (TM45): Vendanturf's Battle Tent foyer. Talk to everyone who is inside. Water Pulse (TM03): Sootopolis Gym Leader Battle.
Actually, this might not be the best moves, but they are pretty good.

You can try; Surf, Hydro Pump, Dive and not sure what the forth should be but try somthing effective.
