Where is a dragon scale because me and my brother have looked every where and can't find one we need it so we can trade/evolve seadra so please help me

It should be attached to some wild Horsea or Bagon and is sometimes available from the owner of Trainer Hill.

You can gat one from Bagons, Horseas, or at Trainer Hill.

Look around for a Bagon if you have t.m. # something that you get from an aqua goon in slateport and teach it to a dark type and use theif on the Bagon and if you are lucky you might find one.

Meteor falls. The dragon dude after the old couple. Beat him 5 times and you get it

It's attached to some wild bagon's and horsea's. It's very rare though.

Capture a Bagon and if you are lucky, it will be holding your dragon scale. Also you find Bagon in meteor falls in the room and area you find dragon claw. Make sure you have a Pokemon that knows waterfall and surf. And if that doesnt work, on the way to the room, you will versus a dragon master. If you have a Pokemon that knows theif, bring it along and take a dragon scale from his pokemon.
