1. Go talk to the Proffessor at the Weather Institute (after the elite four) and he will tell you the location of the Sea Lair.
2. Search "Make Girl Laugh in Rustboro City" on google. Click on one of the links- it will lead you to a website that will tell you what will make her laugh. Your reward will be a wallpaper for your box.
