Question for Pokemon Emerald
This is a question for anybody who has an Action Replay. How do you get all those legendary Pokemon? It only shows that capability for Fire Red, and even then I can't get things to work. Any possible help somebody could give me would be very much appreciated. Billionare, if you read this, could you possibly help me? Thanks.

There is a Pokemon Maker website that allows you to make a Pokemon code and they do work, Try the Pokemon Emerald forum for faster results.

Here's how you get them
In fire red you can get this Pokemon without ar: legendary birds and legendary
Dogs.
In emerald you can get this Pokemon without ar: rayqauza,groudon,kyogre and latios and latias.
This Pokemon can only be obtained by nintendo event,trade or ar/gs: deoxys/jirachi/celebi/ho-oh/lugia

I don't think you can get Pokemon with an action replay But I know you can get one with a Gameshark S.P.
