Apart from your Kyogre and Rayquaza, I quite like your team

Latias: I reckon Psychic is much better than Mist ball. And maybe you could put in Calm mind, but it's not very essencial...

Dodrio: Hmmm, try this move set:
Drill peck
Agility
Return/Tri Attack
Substitute
If you have Drill Peck, you definitly don't need fly. Agility to put in some speed, obviously...Use Tri Attack if you're usually lucky at inflicting status stuff :p, if not, return. You can use Substitute if you don't like being paralyzed or burned, because both can really screw dodrio up.

Rayquaza: meh, I guess anything works with him. You could add Flamethrower or Ice Beam or Thunderbolt instead of Hyper Beam.

Blaziken: mmmmm, not good. Blaze kick, cool, flamethrower might be better, but if you're skilled, you could use Overheat. One fire move on blaziken is enough so replace Fire blast with Earthquake. Replace rock smash with sky uppercut, and Cut with Bulk up or return.

Kyogre: ........is he your HM slave...? If not:
Thunder
Hydro Pump
Calm mind
Ice Beam

Vaporeon: Not really necessary for another water type, I think Jolteon will do better, but anyway:
Surf/Hydro Pump (If you're lucky and always hit with H. pump, go with it)
Ice beam (replace Aurora Beam)
Acid Armour (vaporeon's defense isn't that awesome, so use this)
Toxic (very good with vaporeon, because it will have excellent defenses and HP after an acid armour or two)
If you want to use Jolteon:
Thunderbolt/Thunder (up to you, whether you wanna send out Kyogre with drizzle first)
Thunder Wave
Bite
Attract
