I don't think there is a code for that,but if there was,it would be in the cheat selection for this game.

There is no cheat code to steal other trainers Pokemon but if you use the code to catch Pokemon easily (which you can find in the gs section or at gameshark.com) you will be able to catch trainer Pokemon you'll get the info on it but it will transfer to your pc as a bad egg. hope this helpes. It always works for me.
