Overall I rate it 8/10
Your team is a great one.
Two things:
1. Sceptile can harm Thunder after using Sunny Day(Lowers Acc.to 50). Teach it Giga Drain and Thunderpunch insteadof Solar Beam and Sunny Day.
2.Teach Gardevoir Shadow Ball for Psychic because Dream Eater is stronger.
This might help you but if you want teach Tyranitar Thunder for Hyper Beam. Be sure to use Rain Dance before using Thunder.

Youre either a cheater or a liar, first swampert cannot learn hydro pump by any means, and you have 2 that have aerial ace, a one time TM. Because of these two points I'm lead to believe that you used a rare candy cheat and either a gameshark or an action replay to get half you team. For that you get a 2 out of ten. Cheater.
