Okay, you can get both the emulator and the game for free if you listen to me carefully and follow these instructions to the word.
1. Go to www.emuv2.com
2. There will be a menu at the left side. There, click on "Emulators"
3. Click on Gameboy Advance, don't bother with any of the other systems', they are simply rubbish.
4. Click on "VisualBoy Advance Beta or any Visualboy Advance will do for that matter.
5. Click on download.
You've gotten the emulator free of cost, time for the game!
1. Click on "ROMs" in the side menu.
2. Click on "Gameboy Advance."
3. Then, it'll show a list of top 10 downloads. Just click on "Pokemon Emerald" which will be on the top.
4. Click on "Download."
You've gotten the game as well! Oh yeah, both these downloads will be zipped, you'll need to Unzip them. I am also providing a list of controls, as you seem to be a first timer.
A Button on Gameboy=Z on keyboard
B Button on Gameboy=X on keyboard
L Button on Gameboy=A on keyboard
R Button on Gameboy=S on keyboard
Start on Gameboy=Enter
Select on Gameboy=Backspace
+ Control Pad=Direction Keys
Oh yeah, and the site has no viruses. Hope I helped!
