Question for Pokemon Emerald
I know it's a weird question, but how do you get a Coin Case? Also, I caught a discolored Golbat. What's up with it?

The Coin Case comes from the inhabitant of the house you first see coming into Mauville from Route 110 if you give her a Harbor Mail. As for the Golbat, congratulations, you have a 'shiny' on your hands.

1. Go and get Harbor Mail from Slateport and talk to the lady in the house next to the game corner
2.Congratulations! You collected a shiny pokemon! Theres no difference but I think they look cool in contests.=)

The Golbat you have is a shiny Pokemon it's normal just the color is different.
The coin case is in t6he city whit the arcade.You just have to go into the house beside the market.The women in there will ask you for a special letter you have to get. I think it was something like harbourletter.Bring it to her and you will get the coin case.

1. Go to the game corner and go to the right until you hit the fence. The house you are standing right next to is the one you need to go in. Give the lady a Harbor Mail and she will give you the Coin Case.
2. The Golbat is a shiny or sparkle golbat. If you caught it and didn't use a cheat then good for you because they are really hard to come by.
