1. What hold item should it have?
2.Whats thet cheat about the level 100 salamence and salamndro thig? Could someone tell me that cheat?

Depends..but you don't have to give an item if you don't want to. Here are some items that you should give it. Leftovers,quickclaw,amuletcoin,(if you still have low money) or that berry that restore 10 pp. I forgot what berry it is.
I think that salamandro thing is fake!!! Theres no such Pokemon salamandro!
