To use it you need a e-reader, Or you can use it at a Nintendo Event also.

You get a Wireless Adapter and make sure a friend has it too and you select Mystery Gift and he/she does it too. You will then get a radom item.

You need to use it with a friend who has mystery gift,also you need the thw wireless aditor.

You use the mystry gift by linking your gba to another one with emerald,saphire or ruby and when it's asks continue new game options or mystery gift choose mystery gift and then you set everything then you get the mystery gift.(i think)

All I really know is that you need a wireless adapter to do it. Mine broke so I haven't figured it out yet
