How do you catch Kyogre and Groudon PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P.?

After you beat the elite 4 go back to the weather institute, go to the top floor and talk to the guy in front of the computer. He will tell you strange weather in such places. If it's drought-means sunny, you will find groudon, if it's drizzle-means raining, you will find kyogre..watch out for thier one-hit k.o moves! Bring couple of timer balls and ultra balls.you don't need a masterball because they can be catch easily. Use your masterball on the regis. Groudon lv70

Go to the Weather Institute on Route 119 and talk to the Scientist on the second floor. He will tell you the location of a monsoon. Go to that location; you'll have two minutes to find a dive spot that normally doesn't occur there. Go down, follow the path up and out of the water, and it'll take you to a Kyogre at level 70.

After defeating or capturing Kyogre, go to the Weather Istitute again; he'll tell you where a drought is taking place. Go there and you will have two minutes to look for a cave that wasn't normally there. Go to the end of the cave and you'll find your Groudon at level 70.

you catch them by getting there health in yellow ONLY yellow if its in red its harder to catch them because they get inraged.ok now if you know where they are buy about 20-40 ultra balls go to krogye or gruondon and save before you fight them, when there health is in yellow hold a and if they die/faint turn your gba sp off and back on then just repeat that until you finally get them.
