Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi. I really need some help. I have three questions for this game.

1. How can I get deoxys and jirachi without a action replay or a nintendo event or with a gameshark?

2.how can I get the pokerus and how do I know my Pokemon are infectted by it?

3. And how can I get to mirage island? I've kept going to the old man but he keeps saying that it cant
be seen or he can't see it. I really need some help. Please resoond A.S.A.P. Thanks for reading.

1.You can't at all.

2. I don't know exactly how you get the pokerus but if you do get it the lady in the Pokemon center will tell you or you can look at the summery of the Pokemon you have and down at the bottem of the first screen it will tell you. ( I think that someone put a way to get it in the usre submitted cheats section.)

3. I guess that the game picks a random number every day and you need a pokemons id number to match it. ( I heard that if you surfed on a wailord and had it use secret power on the spot it is supposed to apper the next day it would but I couldn't get it to work.)
