There are a lot of problems with your team. 4 of your Pokemon are Dragon Type, so I can Annihilate all 4 of them with one attack of my Kyogre each.

Also, your move sets are HORRIBLE!

Latias shouldn't know Secret Power, he should know Fly or something.

All of Flygon's moves stink too. Teach it better moves like Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Crunch. You can keep Dragonbreath if you want.

For Sceptile, get rid of Cut, Bullet Seed, and False Swipe. At the least, it should know Leaf Blade. You could also teach it Brick Break and Earthquake.

Salamence shouldn't know Cut. Fire Blast would be a good replacement.

Rayquaza is ok.

Swampert and Fly do not mix. Get rid of that and Dive, and teach it Ice Beam if you can. In replace of Fly, teach it Muddy Water.

I'd give your party a 3 out of 10 sheerly because of the levels.

8/10, because I like other Pokemon, but all of those are on level 100 so 8/10.
