What happens after you complete your pokedex with 200 Pokemon and then talk to the guy in the hotel who says he has something for you when you complete it what does he give you?

I did it on my sapphire without any cheating and it took me 6 months (after I beat the Pokemon league) The stupid gut gives you some kind of certificte and you can't even keep it to hang up anywhere or anything. I totally didn't think it was worth it. But you do get more fans.
