What is up with altering cave? Please answer.
But I don't want any one named zelda fan to answer it.

There really isn't nothing up with Altering Cave... It's a great place to find only Zubat. I heard that if you use some kind of cheats, then you could get other pokemon. But that's all I know.

It is for nothing really. There is nothing there except for footprints and Zubats.

Well the Pokemons in it change if you use a wonder spot in real life. Here is a list of the pokemons you can find inside it
Zubat,Mareep,Pineco,Shuckle,Teddiursa,Houndour,Stantler and Smeargle.

Ok man whats up why don't you want me to answer it?,I told you what it was for all ready dude.
It's just a cave put in the game for fun,there's nothing special about it,it's just a good place to catch Zubats.

Altering cave is just a cave where you could find tons of zubats!! Thats it.

Well, basicly, it's just nothing, apart from a cave filled with zubats. Apparently, though, when they were first making Altering Cave, it was planned that you could catch zubat, smeargle, pineco and stantler, and the Pokemon you could catch form the cave changed each time you used mystery gift, hence the name Altering Cave. But since you could get all of them from the newer Pokemon games, the idea was abandoned and they just filled up the cave with zubats. I mean, yay...
And I probably should have said this first, but anyway:
What the hell? I don't think there even is an Altering cave in Emerald version?!
