Question for Pokemon Emerald

Could someone please give me the code for a Light Ball in the PC and please don't tell me to look in the Action Replay Codes section because I already did Twice and didn't find anything on it.

Try using the Pokemon Emerald forums as a source, But from what I know there is no Light Ball code.
