Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi, I'm collecting Legendary Pokemon, and i'v captured Latios when I was supposed to find Latias, so could someone tell me how I can find Latias?
I would also like it if someone could suggest a Dragon Type Pokemon team, preferibly if Raquaza is included, he is my highest lvl legendary pokemon.

You can only get latias if you can trade to leaf green or fire red?if you want to knowhow to get latias check in user submitted cheats.

P.s. Not all of them work so get as manyas you can

1.To get the other Lati you need to either go to a special event or have a cheating device.

2.A good dragon team would be:
(Lv.70-100)
Rayquaza
Outrage, Hyper Beam, Fly, Flamethrower or Earthquake
Latios
Luster Purge, Dragon Claw, Thunderbolt, Solarbeam or Earthquake
Kingdra
Surf, Ice Beam, Hyper Beam or Double Edge, Dragon Dance or Rest
Salamence
Flamethrower, Dragon Claw, Rock Slide, Earthquake or Crunch
Altaria
Ice Beam, Solar Beam, Aerial Ace, Iron Tail or Dragon Claw or Earthquake
Flygon
Earthquake, Fire Blast, Dragon Claw, Iron Tail or Crunch

I think it would be a pretty good team.

P.S. You don't have to teach them all those moves.

To find lattias look around fortree city in the grass on both sides and their you go.

Ps I have two lattios and two lattias,two of them were from journy across amarica.

Well, you can try ruby or sapphire version... Fro dragon types you can choose Pokemon like Kingdra, Dragonite (trade from firered/leafgreen), and some others that I can't think of right now.
