I got a few questions
1, how do you get a nintendo event
2, how does a feebas evolve
3, where do you get Pokemon from red version ( 1 of the first versions ) on emerald with out trading

Nintendo events are hosted at malls, Feebas evolves when its Beauty condition is brought to the border of the condition diagram and its level is raised one afterward, and the only Red-version Pok�mon you can get right from the game, aside from those that appear in the Hoenn Pok�dex, is Ditto in the Desert Underpass from the Fossil Maniac's house.
