Rayqaza needs his moves chaned my suggestion is get rid of overheat for dragonclaw and switch thunder bolt with crunch also replace hyperbeam with fly or flamethrower outrage is fine. Gardevoir just needs training. Altaria you don't need because you have Rayqaza switch Altaria with a good water type (Kyogre). As for Blaziken switch slash for brickbreak and switch doublekick for skyuppercut(learns that on level 59).And switch earthquake for flamethrower.Blazekick is fine.Hariyama is not worth the time and you already have a fighting type switch him for a good ground type (Groudon).Now sudowoodo isn't bad but you could do better my suggestion a grass type would do wonders for you(Meganium,Venusaur or cacturne).

6/10.Your Pokemon shold be on higher levels,and if I'm not mistaken your sudowoodo and hariyama were just caught.

Not bad, I'd say. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 6 or a 7, but you should probably train all but your Raquaza and keep them in an orderly state, like:
Raquaza lv. 74
Gardevoir lv. 72
Blaziken lv. 73
Altaria lv. 71
Hariyama lv. 72
Sudwoodo lv. 70
That's all I can recomend.

It's a good team. Try training them all at level 100 or 60 or 70. I rate it 7 out of 10.
