Umbreon: Fine for an attacking Umbreon, but replace Cut with something better.

Charizard: Keep Dragon Claw, replace the others with Flamethrower, Aerial Ae and Earthquake.

Blaziken: Keep Sky Uppercut, replace the others with Flamethrower, Bulk Up and Earthquake/Rock Slide/Aerial Ace.

Rayquaza: Bad. Use this moveset:
Dragon Dance
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Rock Slide

Megainium: Replace Giga Drain with Body Slam and Strength with Sunny Day. There's not much else this guy can do.

Plusle: Bad pok�mon overall, you need a better Electric type. Anyway, use this moveset:
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
Toxic
Something else it can learn (I don't know what because this guy sucks).

Ok, but use my help and suggestions.
