1.What is the best moveset for Espeon. I can hack moves so give me any moves. 2.What is the best 'all-psychic' team. I love psychic pokemon.

The best moves for espeon that you should hack should be eruption, psychic, icebeam, thunder.
I think the best psychic team would be mewtwo, Lugia, ho-oh, Mew, deoxys, alakazam.

P.s. Try hacking eruption if you can. Ha, ha.
P.s.s. Lugia and ho-oh is a psychic Pokemon if you don't believe me. Even try checking their status.

The best moves for ESPEON ARE-- PHSYCIC-SHADOWBALL -SHOCK WAVE AND MORNING SUN

The best phsycic Pokemon are Alakasam-- Gardevoir-- Exeggutor that's about it

I don't know about Espeon, but an all-psychic team could be:

Starmie
Alakazam
Gardevoir
Claydol

The last slots could be between the following:

Espeon
Xatu
Girafarig
Exeggutor


This is assuming you don't use legendaries, but if you do, go with Mewtwo.

Problay Confusion. Powerful move for Espeon. Maybe for a psychic team, try:

Mewtwo
Mew
Deoxys
Alakazam
Mr. Mime
Espeon

That would be a decent team.
