You mean Missingo, and it's a glitch Pokemon that takes different appearences.

It looks like a cloud with dots and stuff like that,it's been a while since I seen one,so I could be wrong but i'm sure it looks like that.

It is a glitch in the old Pokemon games such as red and blue and it looks either like a l shaped block or a ghost. It may also look like the fossil of aerodoctly of kabutops or omanyte.

Its only in red and blue. There are forms of it in the new game but require an extreme glitch or a gameshark or action replay to find.

Missing is actually called Missing No. Which means missing number it's just big ? As the picture it's a glitch Pokemon which you can find with Action replay or gameshark
