Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have one question about the hold items of some pokemons.

1) Is there an item that raise the power of bug, dragon, flying, psychic moves? I want to have them because I already have mystic water, poison barb, miracle seed, charcoal, spell tag, black glasses, nevermelt ice, hard stone, soft sand, metal coat, silk scarf, magnet. The hold items I metioned above, can I duplicate them? I want another mystic water, etc for my pokemons. Do a Pokemon holds those items?

I know for sure there was a Flying one in Crystal, Gold and Silver. So it's probably in Emerald too, unless they got rid of it. Although I know of none for Bug, Dragon and Psychic. And yes, you can duplicate them, like every other item.

For psychic moves: twistedspoon (from wild abra)
For flying moves: sharp beak (wild dodrio)
For dragon moves: dragon fang (FR/LG only!!!!: wild dragonair in the safari zone)
For bug moves: silverpowder (battle fronteir points exchange)
No, sorry, you can't duplicate items.
Here are Pokemon that may hold these items, though. You can also get hold items by trading from the Fire Red (FR) or Leaf Green (LG) game corner, like mystic water, for example.
(Sapphire/Ruby only) Roselia: poison barb
Shuppet: spell tag
Geodude/graveler: hard stone (I think...maybe it's everstone...)
Aron: soft sand

Yes, You make a Pokemon hold any item but not key items and HM move sets. And you need a cheating device to duplicate.

Yes, there is one for Dragon type Pokemon on crystal It ia callled dragon fang
You find it in the cave behind Blackthorn Gym. I don't know about the others.
