Look at the GameShark and Action Replay cheats sections of this game on this site. There are plenty of codes there. And apparently some work.

Try attending a Nintendo Event or you can get the Pokemon Colosseum bonus disk and get Jirachi.

I heard this once, but I'm not sure if it is true or not.
You know the Mossdeep space center, well talk to the scientist on the first floor and he tells you the successful flight number. If this number is higher than 50 you can go to space an get Deoxys, but if it is higher than 100 you can go to space and get Jirachi.
