I know nothing about a trendy pharse,but you can catch a feebas on route 119 using a good rod.
He is hard to find though so never give up and keep looking.

Go to route 119, Oh and make sure you change the original phrase it has to be you that changed it, then find the area with 6 edges facing the water.

You need the write EXCELLENT LIFE as the trendy saying in dewford and go in the land tile under the fisherman at the beginning of route 119 then surf to the right then move one to the right and then look up and fish with any rod

Dude I did everything you said I fished in that spot 25 times and no feebas showed it fire not work

That doesnt work it randomly resets you need to look HARD for the six tiles it will be on (or gameshark lol)

Feebas is really hard to find though.

There are no specific tiles known to players as to where you'll encounter Feebas. Changing the trendy phrase only randomizes the 6 specific tiles as to where Feebas will be seen.Feebas is really hard to find though.
