Thanks for the response on my last questions, though Im still not exactly sure what I'll use my masterball on.... Anyways I've got a couple more quesitons, First Are their any Pokemon that naturally learn thief or is it only in the TM form.

If so which Pokemon and what level? Also is there anyway to check the EV values you have given to a certain Pokemon without just writing them down on a big list by hand?

I mean is there some nifty calculator that will tell me what EVs I have in attack depending on base attack, attack stat, level and nature.

(just an example) because there are good Pokemon I raised before learning of this and I want to possibly improve them a bit by maximizing their stat potentials.
