Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi. I would like to ask several questions:

1) Where can I buy or get a tm thief? I need it for my nincada so I can steal items from wild pokemons easier. I already used the tm which a team aqua gave me. If I put nincada first in my party and catch a Pokemon using nincada, will I find an item from that Pokemon a lot easier? Shoudn't not I switch nincada from any Pokemon in my party and let it battle by itself so that my chance of getting an item from a Pokemon raise up?
2) what is the best and worst nature of a pokemon? I think the best is docile nature.
3) how can a mudkip learn curse? I hatched so many eggs but none of them knows curse.
4) can you trade or connect with other gameboy without a nintendo gamecube and only by using a wireless adapter or the other thing? It's because I have not tried yet to trade or connect with others.
5) in the lottery and the code for mirage island, will the numbers match only in my id number? Because some of my pokemons have different id numbers(the pokemons I got in a trade from some characters in the game) and I put them in my party in case I win, but when I went to the lottery and 3 (462) numbers match from seasor (horsea), why did the lady said " i'm sorry ....."? Does it means that only my id number must match?
6) is it true that there are 4 moonstones(including the one found in meteor falls) can be found in the game. If that so, where can I find them?

Please help and answer asap. Thanks for whoever will answer.

1: Get a linoone and train it until it learns a move similar to thief.
2: There is no best or worst.
3: I don't know
4: If you mean Pokemon colliseum no. But if you mean connecting to another gameboy without a link or wirelss adaptor, no.
5: No it means the Pokemon must have the EXACT ID number from the lotto. For example, if the number was 1234567, and you pokemons was 1234576, it wouldnt work, because they have to be in order. As for mirage island, I don't know.
6: No there is only 3.

1) You can get it inside the museum in slateport.
2) Some natures are nearly the same so hard to tell.
3) Mudkip cannot learn curse.
4) Yes, Along as you have a GBA link cable.
5) You don't have to have them with you, she looks in your PC also.
6) Yes. They are place at random.
