OK... Go to Meteor Falls, make sure you have a Pokemon that knows WaterFall and Surf. Now go inside, and surf to the area were there is a waterfall go up the waterfall and into the hole in the wall. Now go left, and make sure you go down the hall that is on top not on the bottom. OK continue up through there you should find trainers battle them and then you will reach a area you can only go down, go down and stay on the left side. All the way down. Then there sould be a hole in the ground I believe. OK, now follow the only way you can go. Then you will enter a room with Land water Land, on the second land part is were Bagon is.
