Question for Pokemon Emerald
Okay. How do I evolve Porygon to a Porygon 2? I already know that it has to hold an Upgrade, but what am I supposed to do next?

You need to trade the porygon with a friend then you will get a porygon 2

To make Porygon evolve trade it to Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/FireRed/LeafGreen while it's holding Up-Grade.

When it is holding the upgrade trade it to someone then it will evolve.

To evolve porygon into porygon 2 you make it hold Upgrade and trade it with a friend that has ruby,saphire fire red,leaf green or emerald then trade it back.

Give it the Upgrade and then trade it. It should then evolve into Porygon 2.
