How do I catch latios, regirock, regice and registeel without a master ball?!?!?!?!?

You can catch all those Pokemon with ultra/great ball...
The Regi's don't fled for you... So weak them
The Lati's fled unless you've got Pokemon with the ability shadow tag (wobbuffet for example). That's the only way to catch the Lati's

Thats not completely true the latis do tend to flee from you but your damage compounds on it so if you get it on orange and it flees if you find it again it's still on orange I caught it without a master ball or shadow tag

I caught them using an ultra ball and latias with a timer ball
