Question for Pokemon Emerald
I have two questions. I've already beaten the game but where is that one Captian Stern guy? I need to find him to give him the scanner. Two, how hard is it to get your Pokemon to level one hundred and if you do is it possible to get it over level one hundred?

He is the Harbour in Slateport city.
It is possible, but only with a cheat device, such as Action Replay or GameShark.

He is either at the top of the abandoned ship or at the place in slateport where you catch the ferry. It is pretty easy to get a level 100 Pokemon just keep beating the elite four with that Pokemon and a few others.

P.s I got my Blazekin from level 50 to level 100 in 2 hours against the Pokemon league

Captain Stern should be in Slateport.
It takes a long time and is a very boring process. I wouldn't bother doing that myself, although other people would. And no, level 100 is the maximum level your pok�mon can grow to.

Captain Stern is in the boathouse in slateport.
To get your Pokemon to level 100,just keep training them and go to the Elite 4 reagurly.

He is at Slateport. If you go to the right you will see a building that is brown. Talk to the guy that is at the table. He will deliver it to Capt. Stern.

1) Captian Stern is in Slateport.
2) Not possible to go over level 100. But it does take time to work up the Pokemon to level 100 depending on there current level. Battle throung the league with one Pokemon should work the Pokemon pretty fast, also if it was a traded Pokemon it should get a EXP. Boost.
