Mew: The only good move you have on him here is Psychic. The best moveset for him is:
Calm Mind
Psychic
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Recover isn't a bad option either, but stick to the four above.
Lugia: Surf is good. But it's the only good move you have on him. Best moveset for Lugia:
Calm Mind
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Surf
Aeroblast is pretty good, but only has five PP.
Celebi: What's the point of Calm Minding only for Future Sight, a move which is bad? Here's his best moveset:
Psychic
Calm Mind
Leech Seed
Recover/Solarbeam
Recover if you want to be a staller, Solarbeam if you want to be more of an attacker.
Jirachi: You ahve Psychic, which is good. The other moves aren't. Ideal moveset:
Psychic
Calm Mind
Thunderbolt
Recover (I'm sure Jirachi learns Recover)
Rayquaza: Earthquake is good on Rayquaza. Rayquaza is awesome with this moveset:
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Aerial Ace
Each of your pok�mon has one move worth keeping surpsingly. You have good choices of pok�mon, but your movesets aren't so great. Use my help and suggestions.

A strong water/ice and a strong dark Pokemon would beat your team easily, you should change your team a little and get rid of Mew and celebi their base stats are not that great.
