Gyarados lv34, Try teaching it: Hydro Pump, Surf, Thunder and Ice Beam.
Sceptile lv38, Try teaching it: Leaf Blade, Solarbeam, and two more of your choice.
Crobat lv35, Try teaching it: Mean Look, Posion Sting, Air Cutter and Fly.
Machamp lv35, Looks alright.
Lairon lv35, Evolves on Level 40, When a Aggron teach it: Thunder, Dragon Claw, Iron Tail and one of your choice.
Overall your team is good, needs more training but it's good. I will rate your team a 7/10.

Ignore the other raters. Anyway:
Gyarados: Should be physical, but he can't learn very much physical moves that aren't normal. His best moveset is:
Dragon Dance (learns at level 50)
Surf
Earthquake
Return
Sceptile: Get rid of Flash. If you can get Leech Seed on him then you'd best do that. Keep the other three moves for now.
Crobat: His best moveset would be:
Sludge Bomb
Aerial Ace
Toxic
Bite
This guy doesn't learn very much good moves.
Machamp: When you get the opportunity replace Karate Chop and Seismic Toss with Earthquake and Rock Slide. Machamp is great, although Medicham is better. Seismic Toss is only good in Netbattle with Blissey.
Lairon: NEVER EVER give any Special Attacks to Lairon. Anyway, he evolves into Aggron at level 42, incase you're interested. When you get there his best moveset would be:
Iron Defence
Iron Tail
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Remember that he's one of the best physical sweepers in the game with his uber Defence and great Attack. Being honest, it's a bit early still to rate your teams since in their 30's their movesets are still pretty limited. Use my help and suggestions.
