Jirachi: Hmm. Not good. Ideal moveset:
Calm Mind
Recover
Psychic
Thunderbolt.

Lapras: Not good either. Ideal moveset:
Surf
Calm Mind
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt

Celebi: Another bad moveset. Ideal:
Psychic
Calm Mind
Recover
Solarbeam

Blaziken: Not good. Remember that Blaze Kick is bad, Muddy Water is bad and Leaf Blade is awesome. Ideal:
Bulk Up
Sky Uppercut
Earthquake
Flamethrower/Rock Slide

Latias: Bad. Dragonbreath is a pretty poor Dragon move, even on Latias. Dragon Claw is the best. Ideal:
Dragon Claw
Calm Mind
Psychic
Thunderbolt/Flamethower (go for Thunderbolt, most Ice types are also Water)

Charizard: Two good moves, two bad moves. I'm just glad you're not an idiot and didn't put Blast Burn on it. Ideal:
Flamethrower
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Aerial Ace

Blaziken, You call that a Blaziken???
You need: Sky Uppercut, Blaze Kick,flamethrower, fire blast,slash, and/or earthquake for a Blaziken.
Latias, Recover sucks and you need Mist ball 7.5/10
Charizard, Dig sucks, you need blast burn, replace dig with earthquake or blast burn, and if you wanted to start over, Aeroblast 5/10

You double your team up too much. For instance, balance your team. Having two psy types and two dragon types on board isnt much of a good idea. When deciding on your team mates, try opposites. Since you have 2 psy, take one out, and replace it with a dark type. Take one dragon out, and replace it with a different type (not water or ice, however, as you have a lapras, and thats both.)

On a side note.... I've noticed out of the three latias I have that neither enjoy hurting their opponents, and I don't think any of them are bound too, so, dragonbreath may not be an ideal move. Just some advice from a seasoned trainer/trader/breeder. Good luck battling!
