Question for Pokemon Emerald

AAAAAAAAAAAAAARGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've just lost Latias!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It Fled Straight away!

Is there anybody that could tell me where the next Nintendo Event is, or if there's ever going to be an event in England, so I can get my hands on that darn Latios!!

I think Nintendo events only happen in America,but just get a cheat device so you can go to southern island to catch him (latios).
Get a trapich and put him in party slot one,because trapich's special ability is area trap which will not let Pokemon get away.

You can use a cheating device to get Latios you know. And I believe Nintendo Events are usually only in America and Japan.
