Question for Pokemon Emerald
Okay, I have a couple of questions:
1.) Can some one type in a list of Pokemon that can learn Gullotine and Zap Cannon?
2.)Does anybody know what phraise you need in Dewford Town to catch Feebas?
3.)To get to Mirage Island, does the time need to match my I.D. Number (50108)
Or do I need a specific Pokemon? (I've heard that it's a Kirlia)
4.Can somebody explain this to me? When I was Surfing on the Route to Fortree, after I caught Groudon, I heard Groudon's cry in the wild! I did trade Groudon to Leafgreen, though, so would that have anything to do with it, or is it just a glitch?

1) Pinsir can learn Gullotine, and Registeel can learn Zap Cannon.
2) I used "Water Pokemon."
3) No, Its all about the ID of your trainer. 2 numbers have to match to make the island appear. And they are random numbers.

1. Zap cannon can be learned by the tree Regis and by Porygon 1&2
2. It just changes the location, you don't need a specific phrase
3.No idea
4.That just happens, it's not a glitch, it's just for fun. Swarm's second ability makes more Pokemon cry in the background when your Pokemon are weak.
