Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have a few Questions

1)Can someone tell me the "Trendy Phrase" that helped them find a Feebas, and what part of Route 119 (next to the Weather Institute or next to the House with the guy outside)?

2)Can anyone tell me what Pokemon hold these following items:
Dragon Scale
Sharp Beak
Light Ball
and Moon Stone

3)Can somebody please tell me wherthese following items are found
Silver Powder (where on Route 120)
Black Belt (where on Route 115)
Dragon Fang (what area in Meteor Falls)

4)Last Question- How can I get the different colored Scarfs? I only have the Red and Green Scarf.

1) I used Water Pokemon, but what I found out you really don't have to change the trend, go to Route 119, and go to a section that has 6 sides facing the water go to the top one. Now go over until you are able to surf up. After that push up 2 times and fish with the Super Rod, it took me 10 times to find one without changing the trend.

2) Dragon Scale - Bagon
Dudio - Sharp Beak
Pikachu - Light Ball
None - Moon Stone

3) Silver Powder - Route 120 in a pokeball.
Black Belt - Defeat the family above Maulville.
Dragon Fang - Defeat the Dragon Tamer inside of Meteor Falls 5 times.

4) Tough Contest Pokemon - Yellow
Cute Contest Pokemon - Pink

No you don't need to go into the contest but have a Pokemon with it's tough completely up using pokeblocks.

1.The phase is basicly unknown I just caught feebas with luck.
2.horesea/bagon dragon scale horsea surf east of slateport and fish(super rod)/bagon meteor falls room with dragon claw(tm02).Both rare.
doudou/doudrio sharp beak safari zone.
pikachu light ball same as doudou.
lunatone moon stone meteor falls.(ONLY SAPHIRE NOT RUBY OR EMERALD)
3.a bug maniac use theif/covert
blackbelt Nob usetheif/covert
dragon tamer Nickolas use theif/covert the area with the old couple muth have surf and water fall to reach
4.you must max out the conditions(cool,tough,smart,cute,beuty)with pokeblocks.
