Question for Pokemon Emerald

1)After the elite four, where do I find the sea lair and the land lair?I have heard this is where you catch kyogre and groudon. If this isn't right could you please tell me where I do find both of them.
2) Where do you find the three regis?Do you need any specific Pokemon to catch them, if so what are they?

You can check the Weather Institude near Route 119 to see where they are because they change their location.
2. This is a very long story and should do a search to find it.

1) You'll have to go to the weather institute and talk to the guy who gave you a castform and he will tell you where it is. You'll have to hurry up or they will move to a different place.

2) The Pokemon you'll need is "RELICANTH" and "WAILORD" and go to a place where you use dive and go to a cave. It's kind of complicated to explain.

1) go to the weather institute and ask the guy at the upper left had corner in the second floor. He will tell you where it is.
2)ok I have a Pokemon emerald guide and thats how I got them. I first went to Pacifidlog Town. I went to the bottom and used surf to the left. Stay down or the currents will take you to a different place. In route 134 there are 6 rocks with a place you can dive in between them. Use dive go to the white braille letters at the bottom. Use dive to go up and you are now in the sealed chamber. Go straight ahead and use dig in the middle top part. This should open another cave. Go in to the top rock with a WAILORD as your first Pokemon and RELICANTH as your last pokemon. PRESS "A" while looking at the rock at the top. Then you should hear three doors opening.
REGIICE: go to route 105 (water) and find ISLAND CAVE. RUN A LAP AROUND THE WALL GOING COUNTERCLOCKWISE. (to the left). The door will open.

REGIROCK: go to the desert at route 111 and at the bottom you will find DESERT RUINS. WALK LEFT 2 STEPS, THEN DOWN 2 STEPS, THEN USE ROCK SMASH.

REGISTEEL:go to route 120 at the bottom. At the bottom left climb up. Then go up through the tall grass to get to ANCIENT TOMB. STAND AT THE MIDDLE AND USE FLASH.
