To start off with, get higher levels.
Your Hitmontop is good
Milotic is good, but you probally need to replace recover with something.
Electabuzz replace Screech with a Normal move like slash or something.
Charizard replace Fly with Slash.
Alakazam, thats sad man, thats sad. But, all I know is it's sad, but not the moves, SORRY!
Tyranitar, donno, why cheats?

All in all, 6/10.

Get rid of Screech on both pokemon. 4/10. Is this for the battle frontier or something.

Sounds like a good enough team,but if you're planning on beating the elite four,it's not gonna' happen any time soon.I suggest training each of your Pokemon up at least 15 levels.
