Alakazaam: Good moveset: Calm Mind, Psychic, Ice Punch, Fire Punch.
Electabuzz: Good moveset: Thunderbolt, Psychic, Cross Chop, Ice Punch.
Charizard: Good moveset: Flamethrower, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Aerial Ace.
Milotic: Good moveset: Surf, Ice Beam, Recover, Mirror Coat.
Hitmontop: Good moveset: Sky Uppercut, High Jump Kick, Brick Break, Revenge.
Pupitar: All good expet for Screech.
Your team isn't very good.

I would rate it a 6/10.It could use better moves for milotic and alakazam.You should also
evolve pupitar into tyranitar

It is a good team but charizard should have another fire type move in replacement of scary face mabye like blast bun but I like how you have added flying type moves. Note you learn the move blast burn on island 2 in leaf green. I give you 9/10

Try evolving your other Pokemon that didn't evolve into it's final stage.

One suggestion of mine is that you implement a legendary Pokemon or two in your strategy, and put a lot of different types of moves for each Pokemon, put one in to counter each different major weakness. Example: if Bobachu the imaginary Pokemon was weak against Fire, Grass, and Ghost-types, then Bobachu would want a Water-type move to wipe out Fire-types, a Fire-type move to burn up Grass-types, and a Fighting-type move to beat down the Ghost Types, and maybe a move that matches it's original type, so it would look like this:
Hydro Pump
Fire Blast
Brick Break
????? (depends on type)

Evolve Pupitar into Tyranitar, and Good moveset for my charizard is Blast burn, Flamethrower, fire Blast and wing Attack. Everything else is good. Plus, how did you get larvitar or pupitar on Emerald?
