They are first on route 111, but you probably already know that. Then, they go to route 118. After you beat them there, they go to route 120. And then, they go back to route 111. It's a circle between routes 111, 118, 120. Each time you battle them, they get stronger until both their Exploud and Magneton are level 41. Just thought I'd tell you.

I beat them on route 111 (the first battle), but they didn't move to route 118. Instead, they stayed there and when i talk to them, they say "we'll be keeping an eye out for you". How do i make them move so i can fight them again?

I believe they are in route 112. Also look into your poke'nav and you can go to Trianers Eyes and look them up if you have fought them before.

Location 1: Up from Mauville, or south east form Lavaridge.

Location 2: To the right of Mauville, surf over the small patch of water.

Location 3: Just to the right of Fortree City.

You can check your pokenav to see where you can find them.

Cross Stinger answered:

111 (south of the Desert), 118 (the eastern bank), and 120.
