Question for Pokemon Emerald
Ok. I have very weak pokemon. I can't catch rayquaza he kills my team. I have 1 good Pokemon that holds the team together and he is a lvl 51 gardevoir and body have tips on training catching cool poekon helpfull items

Hello
Ok, this is my somewhat sneaky way of catching rayquaza. Get lots and lots of timer balls, ultra balls, hyper potions and revives. The trick is to get yourself a shedinja (by evolving nincada and having a spare space in your party), who is unaffected by all of raquaza's main attacks because of it's abillity, "Wonder guard". Everytime raquaza flies up in the air quickly switch to another Pokemon who won't get killed straight away, so that you can attack him antil his health is low. Then you can switch back to shedinja so that you can relax while you throw pokeballs at him. Also it would be good if you have a Pokemon that knows False Swipe, to get his HP to 1, and someone to paralize or make him fall asloeep. Keep reviving and healing your fainted Pokemon and switching when he uses fly, and your shedinja won't let you down. Keep throwing ultra balls at him, it might take a while but then when it's been a long time break out the timer balls, to great effect: wait long enough and a timer ball will be almost as good as a master ball! This strategy worked for me: I had my level 70 rayquaza while my party Pokemon were level 38! Very good for the Pokemon leuge.
