The Skye Piller is north if Pacificlog Town (SP) That is to the right 2-4 tiles.

Surf east of paccifilodge town and stay near the top of the route until you find two trainers next to each other like this !! Then there will be a gap surf up there and you shall be at the foot of sky pillar

Surf right to Paciflidog town, and stay to the rocks at the top, you'll find it.

Sky Pillar is just out of Pacifidlog Town.. Just go right then north and come to something that looks like a mountain.. Go through and come out a different door.. Then go north and there is the sky pillar.

Fly to Pacifidlog Town. Surf east of it, you will see a couple of large rocks, swim through them. You are at the Sky Pillar. You need a Mach Bike to get to the top. If you get to the top, you can catch Rayquaza.

When your surfing down towards the bad currents that you can't pass, there are a whole bunch of rocks, there should be a small opening htat you can go through, keep going and there is a cave you know what to do.
