How'll you get the ticket to all those islands wer v can get - Mew ,lugia, ho-ho,deoxy,jirachi,...
Is it necessary to finish battle frontier???

No you dont need to finish battle frontier, you have to get mystery ticket to go to the island of ho-oh and Lugia, you must get aurora ticket to get to deoxys island and the Old Sea Chart to go to the Mew island.
You get the mystery ticket, the aurora ticket and the Old Sea Chart at a nintendo event, for example, pokemon rocks america.

AR/GS. Nintendo event. No it is not. In fact you can't battle legendary Pokemon in the battle frontier.
