Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hello
How do you get kingdra??
I have tried trading seadra with kings rock and sea inscence,training it with soothe bell and training it up to level 50.
Please help.

Just trade seadra at any level with a dragon scale attached. And if you don't know how to catch a dragon scale, they come attached to wild bagons.

It's Dragon Scale (which is found on wild Horsea and Bagon and can be found on Island 6 in Fire Red and Leaf Green) that you attach to it....
