There is no way as shiny Pokemon are completely random. Ton get one, you'll have to use a cheat device or somehow get a shiny beldum...

Save before you take it.
If it's shiny, congratulations! If not, turn it off and on again and take it again.
Keep repeating until it's shiny.
(This will take a long time so do it if you have extra time.)
(This can also be done with certain legendaries.)

Try mating two metagross and try you luck at one hatching or try getting a cheat for one.

Its all luck you don't know if you will get a shiny Pokemon or not,or you could use a cheat.

When you first go to Mossdeep and pick up Beldum, save before you take the Pok'eball. Then, keep taking it and checking it's status. If it is not shiny, soft reset(A+B+select+start at the same time), and repeat the process until you have a shiny Beldum(white colored). Sit tight though; this is going to take a while.
